Members Council
The Members’ Council is the Association’s highest consultative body. The Members’ Council decides on the appointment and resignation of the members of the Supervisory Board. In addition, the Members’ Council adopts the financial statements and the annual report.
Through the Members’ Council, society has been given a place in the formal decision-making process, and a system of internal control has been created within the Association. In this way, the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors have a strong discussion partner, with whom they can reflect on and justify their policies.
The association is made up of members. In addition to a delegation of two members from each Advisory Council, parents of students studying at an OMO school can become members of the Association. No membership fee is required. There is a general meeting of the Members’ Council each year in June.
